A Self-Assessment guide for need analysis in Schools
This output consists in the development of a step-by-step guide aimed at self-assessing the needs of the schools. This means a tool that will guide them through an engagement process of the whole school community and that will identify three main elements/steps: 1) “Who are we?” 2) “What do we want to share with and learn from other European schools/countries and why?” 3) "How do we design our participated international strategy?" For each of these three steps the partners will develop a process and a corresponding tool that will enable schools to address the above mentioned questions and define therefore a new baseline on which building international activities.A training course on capacity building
The training course on capacity building will be aimed at equipping school staff with new knowledge and competencies pertaining Erasmus+ project development. The course will adress the founding phases of the project cycle and will combine a set of different methodologies employed in project development and management.The course will be based on three main modules reflecting the three key moments of project planning; indicative programming, identification and formulation.A Capacity Building Toolbox for schools
The toolbox draws on the results from IO1 and IO2 and aims to lower the threshold and aid adoption for schools who wants to develop their organization through international collaboration. A lot of emphasize will be put on user experience and personalized content which means that the toolbox will be a road map for school leaders, administrators teachers, educators strategist of which steps to take in order to effectively prepare and manage a international project and collect a number of resources that can facilitate these different steps.
